چکیده
We report the case of a 51-year-old male with pectus excavatum (PEX) who presented stress-related chest pain as symptom acute non-ST elevation myocardial infarction. Coronary angiography (CAG) revealed suspected single coronary artery (SCA) anatomy diffuse atherosclerotic narrowing, without evidence other ostia in aortic root. The diagnosis was confirmed on cardiac computed tomography (CCTA) SCA R-I type by Lipton classification. percutaneous intervention performed good angiographic results and resolution symptoms.

Coronary Artery Aneurysm Presenting as Non-ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction
Coronary artery aneurysms are rare in the general population. There are no randomized control trials to guide the therapy at this moment. We present a case of a 52-year-old male who was recovering from addiction and was sober for past five years. He came to the hospital with typical chest pain. There were ST segment depressions in leads III and AVF. The second troponin was found to be elevated....

A 33-year-old male patient without any major risk factors for coronary artery disease presented to our hospital with typical chest pain that started two hours ago. Electrocardiography showed sinus rhythm and ST elevation in inferior leads (II, III, aVF). The patient was immediately taken to the cardiac catheterization laboratory to perform percutaneous coronary intervention. Coronary angiograph...

ST-segment elevation MI (STEMI) is a rare presentation in patients with coronary artery anomalies. In these patients, the identification of the culprit lesion and its treatment may be difficult, particularly in the emergency setting of primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). From January 2008 to April 2011, 1015 STEMI patients received coronary artery angiography and primary PCI in ou...

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a rapidly expanding global pandemic, affecting over 350 million people worldwide. DM is also one of the most important risk factors for coronary artery disease (CAD), and 40% of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) have DM. Among patients presenting with an ACS, patients with DM are at least 80% more likely than patients without DM to have multivessel CAD on ang...
